At Design Alchemy, Design is defined as the science of how to make beauty and function effective in the real world.

Design Alchemy was formed through the simple experience of doing what we love to do - DESIGN & BUILD - every day.

The DA team, Nancy Nashed and Vadim Zolotarevskiy, combine past experience, skills, inspiration, enthusiasm and hard work to complete joint projects; passionately transforming both commercial and residential properties, and creating custom experiences for all who enter a space.

After working on several large, joint projects, the DA team liked what they could produce together. Combining complimentary skills and decades of experience, Design Alchemy feels there’s nothing they can’t transform.

Nancy and Vadim have lived in the Daytona Beach since 1980 and 1997, and been transforming interior and exterior commercial and residential spaces since 2003. They’ve been working on joint design projects since 2015.
